What are the benefits of having flax seed in your diet? And how much per day should we have?

flax seeds contain omega-3 fatty acids and they are very good for you. you should consume 1-2 tbsp of flax seeds per day you can add it to oatmeal,salads,cereal,smoothies,casseroles…etc
p.s make sure you grind it before eating it because if you dont you’ll only get the fiber and wont get the omega-3

    Not sure on how much you should have, but I do know what it does. It’s high in fiber and helps remove plaque from the walls of your colon.

    This aids in healthy digestion, and reduction of toxins, and weight loss as well.

    Its a common ingredient in many colon cleansing products.
