Hi Im looking to loose about 60lbs, and was wondering if this really works the colon cleaner and the acai berry diet!
If you can also tell me about other diets that work and which ones to avoid that will be great! Thanks!!
It has worked for my friend before but obviously, you won’t lose 60lbs in one week or something. You need to exercise and really plan out your diet. My friend took the acai berry drink and a supplement. But the good thing is, the weight loss is natural so although she’s losing weight gradually, it’s not affecting her health or the color of her skin. Before she tried taking a weight-loss pill she bought over the counter. It made her skin look dull and she looked really sick. But after she incorporated acai berry into her diet and started going swimming thrice a week, she lost weight but was still energetic and blooming.
I read up that the acai berry diet cleans your colon. It helps proper digestion so you won’t end up storing unecessary fats. In the long run, it prevents colon cancer which is very common among people who eat too much meat and/or processed food.

I HEARD ABOUT THAT ONE, BUT ONLY ON THE INTERNET..AND IT SOUNDS REALLY GOOD….BUT DON’T KNOW FOR SURE IF IT WORKS…….I WANT TO DO IT…….BUT……I DID LOOSE SOME WEIGHT….GETTING SHOTS OF VITAMIN B6 AND B12……..LIKE IN 6 MONTHS I LOST 20 POUNDS….IS NOT A LOT, BUT IS GOOD IN A SLOW PROCESS, BECAUSE IT GIVES YOUR BODY THE CHANCE TO GET IN SHAPE, AND NOT LOOSING IT ALL IN LITTLE TIME AND GETTING ALL SAGGY AND FLAPPY……..GOOD LUCK…
